Tuition
Tuition is based on an entire season of dance. For 2024-2025, our season will run from August 19th through Recital. All dancers are required to pay for the entire season. If you enroll mid-season, we will prorate your tuition based on when you begin dancing with us. Tuition is based on hours taken per week . It is not based on the number of classes in a month or on attendance. There is NO refund for missed classes as there are make-up classes offered.
You may pay the entire season in full or pay it in installments. Installments are due the 1st of each month (Sept 2024 - May 2025) and will be automatically billed to the card on file on the 1st of each month.
Additional Costs
All monthly tuition payments, Recital costume payments, Recital fees, and any other mandatory fees will be auto drafted to the card on file. You will be emailed a receipt after your tuition is auto drafted. Recital Fees will be drafted on November 15, 2024 (or at time of enrollment if enrollment happens after Nov. 15). Recital costume payments will be auto drafted on January 15, 2025. You must let the studio know in writing by January 10th (or at time of enrollment if after) if your dancer is not able to participate in Recital (via email to info@sunnyvaledanceacademy.com).

$50 per child; $40 for each additional sibling

Recital Costume Fee(s)
Generally, between $100-$150 per routine. This fee will be charged to your card on January 15, 2025. Once costumes are ordered, we cannot offer any refunds. This fee does not include shoes, tights, undergarments, hair products, or makeup your child may need for the routine or classes.

Recital Fee
There will be a $150 recital fee assessed per dancer to cover venue expenses, administrative work, $30 ticket credit, a recital t-shirt, a recital video, a program, and a dancer trophy for the recital. This fee will be auto drafted on November 15, 2024 (or at the time of registration if after Nov. 15. We will also offer various OPTIONAL recital packages Spring 2025.

Recital Tickets
Recital tickets will be sold through a 3rd party vendor and pricing will depend on seat selection. Each dancer receives a $30 credit as part of their recital fee. More information about tickets will be sent out Spring 2025 in our recital packet.

Pending Christmas Show/Banquet
Our mid-year Christmas show & potential banquet may need to be at an outside venue. If it does, there will be an additional cost. We will do our best to keep costs low and communicate info to our dance parents as soon as possible.
