Birthday Parties

AGES 2+

IF YOUR CHILD LOVES PRINCESSES, TSWIFT, SINGING AT THE TOP OF HIS OR HER LUNGS, OR IMPROMPTU DANCE PARTIES, A SDA PARTY IS THE PERFECT WAY TO CELEBRATE A BIRTHDAY!

  • 1.5 hour party + 30 minute set up + 30 minute clean up

  • 15 participants including birthday child

  • 1 party coordinator to communicate prior to the party

  • 1 instructor & 1 assistant on the day of the party

  • Party inclusions depend on the age of participants. Your party coordinator will work to design a party tailored to your needs! Options include:

    • Dancers learning a thematic dance (based on theme of party) or going across the floor ​

    • Dancers playing fun and exciting dance games

    • Dancers participating in non-dance games/activities including thematic crafts and disco ball dance parties

  • SDA will supply food table(s) with chairs for enough participants​

What's Included:

Cost:

  • $400 for up to 15 children

  • Add Ons:

    • $10 per additional participant​

    • $50 - 30 more minutes

    • $50 - 1 additional instructor or assistant (required if 20+ participants)

  • Deposit is half the total amount due at the time of booking ​

  • Remaining portion is due at the time of the party. Payment may be via cc. 

  • Tipping is not required, though it is greatly appreciated if you experience extraordinary service!

  • Cancellations

    • Prior to 10 days before the party - 100% of the deposit is returned ​

    • 6-10 days before the party - 80% of the deposit is returned

    • Less than 6 days before the party - SDA will not refund any portion of the deposit

Responsibilities & Party Specifics:

  • Parents will decorate the studio and set up tables according to their liking including tablecloths. 

  • Dance/activities portion will be 1 hour of the party. The last 30 minutes will be for food, cake, gifts, or anything else the parents need/want. 

    • The parents will be primarily responsible for the children during this portion of the party.​

  • All participants will be required to fill out a waiver. 

  • If any equipment is damaged or the facility is damaged in any way due to events outside of the normal course of a dance activity, those renting the space are financially responsible. 

  • Parents will be responsible for bringing any/all food and keeping food in the designated area.
